雅万高速铁路建设用轨印尼铁路运输装载加固方案研究 被引量:2

摘要 为解决雅万高速铁路建设用轨通过印尼国内窄轨铁路运输问题,借鉴国内成熟的长钢轨运输经验,结合印尼铁路实际运输条件,研究设计雅万高速铁路建设用轨印尼窄轨铁路运输装载加固方案。在对运输方案进行装载加固强度计算的基础上,建立运输车组动力学模型,仿真计算运输车组以不同速度通过半径为150 m,200 m,250 m,300 m和500 m的"S"形曲线时的车辆动力学性能。计算结果表明,方案装载加固强度和运输车组的脱轨系数、轮重减载率、轮轴横向力满足相关技术标准要求。实际线路试验结果表明,该方案满足印尼铁路实际运输要求。目前雅万高速铁路建设用轨印尼铁路运输装载加固方案已在印尼实际推广运用。 To solve the problem of narrow gauge railway transportationin the construction of the Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Railway, we learned from the mature long-rail transportation experience of China.Considering the actual transportation conditions of Indonesian railways, this paper researched and designedaloading and reinforcement plan for the Indonesian narrow-gauge railway of the Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Railway construction. On the basis of calculating the loading and reinforcement strength of the transportationplan, adynamics model for the train unis was built, and the vehicle dynamics performance of the train units when passing through the S-shaped curve was simulated with radii of 150 m, 200 m, 250 m, 300 m, and 500 m at different speeds. The results show that the proposed loading and reinforcement strength and the derailment coefficient, the wheel load reduction rate, and the lateral force of the wheel axle of the train units can meet the requirements of relevant technical standards. The actual line test results also show that the plan can satisfy the actual transportation requirements of Indonesian railways. The loading and reinforcement plan of Indonesian railway transportation for the construction of the JakartaBandung High Speed Railway has been promoted and applied in Indonesia.
