Sustainable Quality Improvement of Pharmacy Management on Neonate Parenteral Nutrition

目的:规范新生儿肠外营养临床应用,促进临床合理用药。方法:依据中华医学会肠外肠内营养学会编制的《规范肠外营养液配制》,对新生儿肠外营养液的制剂选择、配制、输注装置、质量控制等方面存在的问题,运用药事管理干预措施进行持续改进。结果:选用适宜的新生儿肠外营养制剂、静脉输液配置中心集中调配肠外营养、临床药师审核肠外营养处方和选用乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物材质作为肠外营养输液袋等多项措施,规范新生儿肠外营养的应用,结论:通过药事管理有效规范新生儿肠外营养制剂的应用,并通过持续改进取得良好成绩。

Objective:To regulate the clinical application of neonatal parenteral nutrition and promote the rational use of drugs.Method:According to the'Regulation of Parenteral Nutrition Solution Preparation'compiled by the Chinese Society of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition,the preparation of parenteral nutrition solutions for newborns was continuously improved through pharmaceutical management interventions,aiming at problems of indication,dispensing,prescription,infusion device,quality control,etc.Results:By proper selection of neonatal parenteral nutrition preparations,deployment of intravenous infusion configuration center for centralized parenteral nutrition dispensing,full-time clinical pharmacists review of parenteral nutrition prescriptions and applying ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer materials as parenteral nutrition infusion bags,the application of parenteral nutrition for newborns was regulated with other measures.Conclusions:The application of parenteral nutrition for newborns can be effectively regulated through pharmaceutical management and can be continuously optimized through continuous improvement.
