门急诊处方前置系统审核规则修订经验浅谈

Experience on Revision of Audit Rules of Prescription Pre-checking System in Outpatient and Emergency Department

在门急诊处方前置审核系统应用过程中,药师总结系统审核中存在的问题,分析问题的合理性,并对不合理用药警示,细化设置重复用药、药物检验值、超说明书用药等模块审核规则。系统规则优化后,需药师人工审核的问题处方比率降低,医生修改处方率和处方合理率逐步提高,提升了医生对前置审核的接受度和药师工作效率,提高本院门急诊临床合理用药水平。

During the used of the prescription pre-checking system,the pharmacists summarized the existing problems and analyzed the rationality of the problems.The pharmacists refined the set of module rules for repeated medication,drug test values and out-of-specification medications.Since the optimization of the rules,the problematic prescriptions that require manual review by pharmacists after the system review had been reduced,the rate of doctors'modification of prescriptions and the prescription compliance rate had been gradually increased.The revisions significantly enhanced doctors'acceptance of pre-review and pharmacists'work efficiency,and improved the rationality of clinical medication.
