区域质量变革水平统计评价研究

Research on Statistical Evaluation of Regional Quality Change Level

本文从变革动力、变革路径、变革理念和变革目标四个方面详细阐述质量变革的内涵,构建质量变革的统计评价指标体系,选取我国2018年省际数据运用熵权法与TOPSIS法相结合的综合评价方法,对我国各省市质量变革水平进行实证分析,结论认为,无论从质量变革的动力、路径、理念和目标角度,还是总体变革水平上,各个省市之间均存在着区域不平衡性且呈现出经济发达地区明显优于经济欠发达地区的特征,最后提出相关政策建议。

This paper elaborates the connotation of quality change from four aspects:change power,change path,change concept and change goal,constructs the evaluation index system of quality change,selects China's inter provincial data in 2018,and makes an empirical analysis on the level of quality change in various provinces and cities in China by using the comprehensive evaluation method combining entropy weight method and TOPSIS method.The conclusion is that no matter from the power of quality change From the perspective of path,concept and goal,or the overall reform level,there is regional imbalance between provinces and cities,and shows the characteristics that economically developed areas are significantly better than economically underdeveloped areas.Finally,relevant policy suggestions are put forward.
