摘要
新时期环境下建筑施工企业在实际发展的进程中合理开展市场营销管理工作具有一定的重要意义,不仅能够增强市场开发效果,还能促使企业竞争力的提高。基于此本文研究建筑施工企业市场营销管理的价值,分析目前存在的问题,提出几点解决问题的对策建议,旨在为促使建筑施工企业市场营销管理的提升、完善提供帮助。
In the new era,it is of great significance for construction enterprises to reasonably carry out marketing management in the process of actual development.It can not only enhance the effect of market development,but also promote the improvement of enterprise competitiveness.Based on this,this paper studies the value of marketing management of construction enterprises,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems,in order to help promote the promotion and improvement of marketing management of construction enterprises.
