阿尔塔什水利枢纽工程偏心铰弧门安装工艺总结研究

Study on Installation Process of Eccentric Hinge Sector Gate in Altash Water Control Project

针对阿尔塔什水利枢纽工程特点以及设备安装条件限制,通过对偏心铰弧门安装工艺研究,总结出预留吊孔和预埋辅助吊点方式、采用卷扬机和滑轮组组合的吊装工艺、建立临时液压泵站等创新性安装工艺方法手段,在更好地保证安全性的前提下大大提高了安装效率,为类似条件下弧门安装提供借鉴参考。

Considering the characteristics of Altash Water Control Project and the limitation of equipment installation conditions,by means of the research on the installation process of eccentric hinge sector gate,this paper summarizes the innovative installation methods such as reserved hanging holes and embedded auxiliary hanging points,hoisting technology combined with hoist and pulley block,and establishment of temporary hydraulic pump station,which greatly improves the installation efficiency under the premise of better ensuring safety,and provides reference for the installation of sector gate under similar conditions.
