数字经济以数据利用为核心并成为社会发展的新动能,其创造的新型生产方式和经济模式快速向农业农村渗透,推动农村数字经济的快速发展。在数字经济普惠性发展、农业农村优先发展的理论关照下,农村经济的数字化发展既是战略选择,亦是乡村振兴所需。但是,当前农村经济数字化发展存在数字基础设施薄弱、数字意识淡薄、数据标准阙如、数字人才匮乏等实践问题,需要通过构建多维度的政府支持政策体系、完善市场要素配置与竞争机制塑造农村经济数字化发展等路径来实现解决。

With data utilization as its core,digital economy has become a new driving force for social development.The new production mode and economic model it creates have been quickly applied to agriculture and rural areas,promoting the rapid development of rural digital economy.Due to theories of the inclusive development of digital economy and the prioritized development of agriculture and rural areas,the digital development of rural economy is not only a strategic choice,but also indispensable for rural revitalization.However,there are some practical problems in the current digital development of rural economy,such as weak digital infrastructure,low digital awareness,lack of data standards,shortage of digital talents and so on.It is necessary to build a multi-dimensional government support policy system,improve the market factor allocation and competition mechanism,and shape the realization path of the digital development of rural economy.
