摘要
神经上皮细胞转化因子1(Net-1)是由595个氨基酸组成的蛋白质,属于鸟嘌呤核苷酸交换因子家族中的一员,是一种鸟嘌呤核苷酸调节蛋白,具有激活和调节Ras基因同源家族Rho家族成员的功能。Net-1在信号传导、细胞粘附、迁移、增殖、分化和肿瘤生长等一系列生理病理过程中发挥着重要作用。本文主要介绍Net-1分子功能及研究现状。
Neuroepithelial cell transforming 1(Net-1) was a protein composed of 595 amino acids, and it belonged to a member of the guanine nucleotide exchange factor family. It was a guanine nucleotide regulatory protein, which can activate and regulate Ras homolog family member(Rho) family members. Net-1 played an important role in a series of physiological and pathological processes, such as signal transduction, cell adhesion, migration, proliferation, differentiation and tumor growth, etc. This paper mainly introduced the molecular function and research status of Net-1.
