战后荷属东印度华侨复员交涉研究(1945—1949)

Study on the Negotiation of the Demobilization of Overseas Chinese in Dutch East India after the WWⅡ(1945-1949)

第二次世界大战结束后,荷属东印度归国华侨迫切希望返回原侨居地,国民政府就此问题与荷印政府在复员时机、复员人数、资格审查等问题上进行了反复交涉。但由于战后荷印战争的爆发、荷方移民政策的转变、印尼民族情绪的高涨以及中荷关系的变化,导致荷印华侨复员困难重重。从1945年开始至1948年底12月,荷印华侨仅成功复员609人。随着内战失利,国民政府逐渐自顾不暇,最终荷印归侨复员工作未能取得积极成果。

After the end of the Second World War,the returned overseas Chinese from Dutch East India were eager to return to their original places of residence.The Nationalist government had repeatedly negotiated with the Dutch East Indian government on such issues as the time and the number of demobilization,the qualification examination.However,due to the outbreak of the post-war war between the Netherlands and Indonesia,the change of the immigration policy of Holland,the rise of Indonesian national sentiment and the change of Sino Dutch relations,it is very difficult for the overseas Chinese in the Dutch East India to demobilization.From 1945 to December 1948,only 609 overseas Chinese from Dutch East India were successfully demobilized.With the defeat of the civil war,the Nationalist government gradually has not enough resources to take care of its own business,and finally the demobilization of returned overseas Chinese from the Dutch East India failed to achieve positive results.
