抗冻糖蛋白在冰晶表面吸附结合的随机不可逆吸附模型

摘要 某些寒冷环境中生存的生物体内有可以通过吸附在冰晶表面来抑制冰晶生长的蛋白质。这些特殊的蛋白质分子降低冰晶生长点温度的同时不会对冰晶熔点温度造成明显影响,这种现象被称为热滞现象。根据吸附抑制理论,提出了一个随机不可逆吸附模型来描述抗冻糖蛋白(Antifreeze glycoprotein,AFGP)的冰晶表面吸附结合。解释了抗冻糖蛋白在冰晶表面的覆盖率随时间的变化规律,分析了相同曝光时间不同浓度条件下抗冻糖蛋白的热滞活性。理论计算结果与已报道的实验研究结果基本符合。 Some organisms living in cold environments contain proteins that can inhibit the growth of ice crystals by adsorbing on the surface of ice crystals.When these special protein molecules reduce the growth point temperature of ice crystals, they do not have a significant effect on the melting temperature of ice crystals.This phenomenon is called thermal hysteresis.According to the adsorption inhibition theory, a random irreversible adsorption model is proposed to describe the adsorption of antifreeze glycoprotein(AFGP) on ice crystal surfaces.The variation of the coverage of antifreeze glycoproteins on the ice crystal surfaces with time is explained, and the thermal hysteresis activity of antifreeze glycoproteins with the same exposure time at different concentrations is analyzed.The theoretical results are in good agreement with the reported experimental results.
