城镇化进程中留守妇女的幸福感对心理健康服务需求的影响:安慰寻求的中介作用

Influence of rural left-behind women’s happiness on the demand for mental health services:The mediating role of comfort seeking

目的:探讨城镇化进程中留守妇女的幸福感、安慰寻求和心理健康服务需求的相关性。方法:采用总体幸福感量表、安慰寻求量表和心理健康服务需求量表对河北省235名留守妇女进行问卷调查。结果:(1)留守妇女的幸福感、心理健康服务需求在是否照顾孩子、丈夫是否经常回家和是否满意家庭收入上差异具有统计学意义(t=4.770,-3.001,2.100,-2.334,2.115,-2.833;P<0.05);安慰寻求在是否照顾老人和是否照顾孩子上差异具有统计学意义(t=2.830,-3.145;P<0.05);(2)留守妇女的幸福感和安慰寻求、心理健康服务需求均呈显著负相关(r=-0.271,-0.484;P<0.05);安慰寻求和心理健康服务需求呈显著正相关(r=0.581,P<0.05);(3)安慰寻求在幸福感和心理健康服务需求之间起部分中介作用。结论:留守妇女的幸福感可通过安慰寻求中介效应作用于心理健康服务需求。

Objective:To explore the relationship between rural left-behind women’s happiness, comfort seeking and mental health service needs.Methods:A questionnaire survey of 235 left-behind women in Hebei province was conducted using the general happiness scale, comfort seeking scale and mental health service demand scale.Results:(1)There were significant difference in well-being, mental health service demand of rural left-behind women with whether or not to take care of the children, and whether her husband often go home and whether satisfied with household income(t=4.770,-3.001,2.100,-2.334,2.115,-2.833;P<0.05);There was a statistically significant difference in comfort seeking between rural left-behind women with whether or not caring for the elderly.(2)There were significantly negative correlation between well-being and comfort seeking of left-behind rural women and the demand for mental health services(r=-0.271,-0.484;P<0.05).There was a significantly positive correlation between comfort seeking and mental health service demand(r=0.581,P<0.05);(3)Comfort seeking played a part in mediating between happiness and the need for mental health services.Conclusion:The well-being of rural left-behind women can play mediating effects on the demand for mental health services through comfort seeking.
