摘要
袋装物料进行取样时,不同装袋情形对取样代表性和真实性有根本性的影响。通过对袋装物料取样基本要求的分析,对可能出现的各种取样情景进行模拟,探讨了不同取样深度、不同取样方式、不同取样钎插入角度及点位对取样代表性、真实性和取样水分代表性的影响。在此基础上,总结了降低取样风险的取样原则和解决办法。
When sampling bagged materials,different bagging conditions have a fundamental influence on sampling representativeness and authenticity.Based on the analysis of the basic requirements of bagged material sampling,the possible sampling scenarios were simulated,and the influence of different sampling depth,different sampling methods,different sampling angle and point position on sampling representativeness,authenticity and sampling water representativeness was discussed.On this basis,the sampling principles and solutions to reduce sampling risk are summarized.
