SVG+FC无功补偿方案在国外某项目中的应用

摘要 以刚果(金)RTR工程项目为背景,阐述了SVG与FC单调滤波器在项目中的配合运用。该项目系统产生谐波的主要负荷为两套整流系统和低压变频设备,基于此,设计采用最先进的ETAP软件进行了精确的仿真和分析,并通过精准的计算,确定了在每段33 kV母线上配置FC滤波器+SVG的方案。实践证明,该方案不仅能实现各种运行方式下的谐波处理效果,还消除电压波动或过补偿的问题,保障了项目的稳定运行。 Taking the Congo(DRC)RTR project as the background,this paper expounds the cooperative application of SVG and FC monotone filter in the project.The main load of harmonic generated by the system of the project is two sets of rectifier systems and low-voltage frequency conversion equipment.Based on this,the most advanced ETAP software is used for accurate simulation and analysis.Through accurate calculation,the scheme of configuring FC filter+SVG on each 33 kV bus is determined.Practice has proved that the scheme can not only achieve the harmonic treatment effect under various operation modes,but also eliminate the problem of voltage fluctuation or over compensation,and ensure the stable operation of the project.
