老旧小区专项改造费用有限,改造对象繁多,在指定改造方案的过程中,需要对改造内容进行排序,确定改造重点。在前期采用问卷调研的基础上,对获得的原始数据进行了数据分析处理,运用因子分析法对改造内容进行优先级排序,得出了今后改造工作的侧重点,提出了相关改造建议。

The special renovation cost of the old residential communities is limited and there are many renovation objects.It is necessary that the renovation contents shall be put in order to determine the renovation key points in the process of specifying the renovation plan.Based on the questionnaire survey in the early stage,the original data obtained are analyzed and processed,the renovation contents are prioritized by using factor analysis method,the paper obtains the focus of the renovation work in the future and puts forward relevant renovation suggestions.
