Design management plays a vital role in the implementation of the whole project under the EPC mode.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of design management under EPC mode and through the specific analysis of a project example of EPC general contracting project of a beneficiation system in Qinghai,it is found that the design management of the project has ensured the effective development of various works of the project through measures such as plan first,dynamic control,manpower guarantee and making full use of advanced management technology.
