摘要 校企合作是我国深化教育转型发展,提高人才培养质量的有效手段,但因尚未建立一个完善的合作参与方都比较满意的运行机制,往往在合作过程中容易出现“学校热,企业冷”的尴尬局面。通过构建基于利益共享理念的高职院校校企合作技能人才培养模式运行机制,考虑合作参与方在合作中的利益追求,建构校企合作技能人才培养利益共同体,在顶岗实习安全保障、教育资源共享、技术交流、评价体系建构等方面密切合作,推进校企深度合作,助力新时期职业教育的发展和改革,进而为新时期社会经济发展提供强大的技能人才保障和支持。 School enterprise cooperation is an effective means to deepen the transformation and development of education and improve the quality of talent training in China.However,due to the lack of a perfect operation mechanism satisfactory to the cooperation participants,it is often prone to the embarrassing situation of“hot schools and cold enterprises”in the process of cooperation.By constructing the operation mechanism of school enterprise cooperative skill talent training mode in higher vocational colleges,based on the concept of benefit sharing,the study hopes to consider the interest pursuit of cooperative participants in cooperation,build a community of interests for school enterprise cooperative skill talent training,and cooperate closely in the aspects of post practice security,educational resource sharing,technical exchange and evaluation system construction,so as to promote the in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises,help the development and reform of vocational education in the new period,and then provide strong skilled talents guarantee and support for social and economic development in the new period.
