摘要
农业“绿色革命”带来农田生态破坏、物种消失、环境污染、食品安全、人体健康等诸多问题,对自然、社会以及人类自身产生了巨大的影响。人们食物需求转变是中国“第三次农业革命”发生的前提。中产阶层壮大、老龄社会深化及其共同促成的主流生活方式变化,是中国“第三次农业革命”发生和转变的社会基础。以有机、生态农业为前驱的“第三次农业革命”与农业“绿色革命”及之前的农业革命,在目标、方向及性质上有着基本差异。“第三次农业革命”也形成了区别于农业“绿色革命”的人与人的连接方式及相应的食物消费方式,从而在“人类世”这一新的地质年代里于自然、社会两个层面上,重新修复人与人、人与自然的关系。虽然“第三次农业革命”已在中国发生,只有解决食物公平问题,“第三次农业革命”才能真正实现和完成。
“Green Revolution”in agriculture has brought about many problems,such as farmland ecological destruction,species disappearance,agricultural non-point source pollution,food safety,human health and so on,which has had a dramatic impact on nature,society and human beings themselves.The change of people’s food needs is the premise of China's“third agricultural revolution”(TAR).The expansion of the middle class,the deepening of the aging society and by which of them facilitated the change of the mainstream life style are the social basis for the occurrence and transformation of the“TAR”in China.The“TAR”,with organic and ecological agriculture as its core,is fundamentally different from the“Green Revolution”in agriculture and the previous agricultural revolutions in terms of goals,directions and properties.The“TAR”has also formed a way of connecting people and the corresponding way of food consumption,which is different from the“Green Revolution”in agriculture.Thus,in the new geological age of“Anthropocene”,the relationship among people,of nature and human beings is restored on both the natural and social levels.Although the“TAR”has already taken place in China,only by solving the problem of food equity can the“TAR”be truly realized and completed.
