摘要 随着海上平台设备自动化程度的逐步提升,设备故障诊断以及运营维护的难度也在逐步提升。海上平台设备故障诊断工作效率直接关系到平台的正常运营和海上油气的开发生产。针对现阶段海上平台运维能力弱等现实问题,基于虚拟现实技术,利用传感器设备以及通信技术仿真海上平台现场,构建了远程运维系统。通过远程运维诊断克服空间和时间的限制,从而实现提升设备故障诊断质量的目的。 Under the background of the gradual improvement of the integration degree of offshore platform,the difficulty of equipment fault diagnosis and operation and maintenance is also gradually increasing.The efficiency of fault diagnosis of offshore platform equipment is directly related to the normal operation of the platform and the development and production of offshore oil and gas.Aiming at the practical problems such as the weak operation and maintenance ability of offshore platform at the present stage,the field of offshore platform is simulated by using sensor equipment and communication technology and virtual reality technology,and overcome the limitations of space and time through remote operation and maintenance diagnosis,which can achieve the purpose of improving the quality of equipment failure.
