极限工况下全焊接球阀的性能研究

摘要 为防止局部应力过大导致阀门性能降低及寿命下降,以Q967X-900LB-00型全焊接球阀为研究对象,应用数值模拟的方法,分析阀体、球体等主要零部件的应力和变形情况。结果表明:阀体的进口段在阀门关闭状态下会出现高压现象,其最大压力超出了材料的许用应力,最大变形量超过1 mm;球体和阀座在各自最危险的工况下工作时,最大应力都未超出材料的许用应力,且变形量也较小。 In order to prevent the local stress is too big lead to reduced valve performance and service life,taking Q967 X-900 LB-00 full welded ball valve as the research object,the use of the method of numerical simulation,on the body,the main components of stress and deformation analysis of sphere.The results showed that:the body of import period of high pressure in the valve closed,maximum pressure beyond the allowable stress of material,maximum deformation exceed 1 mm;In their respective sphere and valve seat is one of the most dangerous work,under the condition of maximum stress is not beyond the allowable stress of material,the deformation is small.
