摘要
自动化无屑加工能大幅提升铜管校直、剪切的加工效率,但一些技术易造成铜管变形、切割面毛刺等问题。因此,主要针对薄壁细径盘料铜管,应用对比分析等方法来研究相关的校直、切割技术,并基于相关技术设计下料机,以实现该类管材的高质量全自动无屑加工。
Automated chip-free processing can greatly improve the processing efficiency of straightening and shearing of copper pipes,but some technologies are likely to cause problems such as deformation of the copper pipe and burrs on the cutting surface.This article mainly focuses on thin-walled and small-diameter coiled copper pipes,applying comparative analysis and other methods to study related straightening and cutting technologies,and designing a blanking machine based on related technologies to achieve high-quality,fully automatic,chip-free processing of such pipes.
