摘要
机械数控加工是目前机械制造系统中应用非常广泛的一种加工方法。在机械数控加工中,合理使用刀具可以有效减少材料的浪费,提高机械数控加工整体的效率,降低生产成本。同时,合理使用刀具也是编制高质量加工程序的重要前提,在提升加工质量方面发挥着重要作用。基于此,分析了机械数控加工过程中刀具的使用特征,阐述了数控加工过程中刀具使用及加工精度控制问题,并分别从刀具研磨质量控制以及刀具使用过程的控制和管理方面,提出确保机械数控加工过程中刀具高效使用的措施。
CNC machining is a very widely used machining method in the current machinery manufacturing system.In CNC machining,the reasonable use of cutting tools can effectively reduce the waste of materials,improve the overall efficiency of CNC machining,and reduce the cost of production.At the same time,It is also an important prerequisite for the preparation of high-quality processing procedures and plays an important role in improving processing quality.This article first analyzes the characteristics of tool use in the process of CNC machining,elaborates the use of tools and the control of machining accuracy in the process of CNC machining,and finally proposes to further optimize the efficiency of the machining process from the aspects of tool grinding quality control and tool use process control and management.Measures used.
