摘要
以平煤股份十三矿的井下远程供液系统为例,给出了系统压力损失的详细计算过程,分析了计算过程中参数选取不妥会造成的雷诺数计算误差,同时会造成流体层流和紊流状态判断,从而造成沿程阻力系数计算误差,最终影响系统压力损失计算可靠度,对远程供液系统设计、计算、选型有借鉴价值。
This paper shows the detailed calculation process of system pressure losing by taking the mining remote fluid supply system of Pingmei No.13 mine as an example.The improper parameter which cause Reynolds number calculation error during calculation is analyzed.At the same time,the improper parameters will affect the judgment of laminar and turbulent flow state,and lead to the calculation error of frictional drag coefficient.These factors ultimately affect the calculation reliability of system pressure loss.This demonstration is valuable for the design,calculation and selection of remote liquid supply system.
