基于PVDF的新型智能垫研究与测试

摘要 聚偏氟乙烯(Poly VinyliDene Fluoride,PVDF)薄膜是一种新型具有高压电性的铁电性材料,在传感领域和医疗领域很受欢迎。因此,研发了由25μm厚的PVDF材料制作敏感元和导电银作为电极的新型传感元。该传感元由弹性材料支撑的高弹性拱形结构为信号采集端,并将4组敏感元并联起来组成智能垫,可以无创地感知人体睡眠信号。实验结果显示,弹性拱形结构测量睡眠信号的能力是平面结构的4.1倍,拱形结构和并联结构有利于增强检测信号和传感器的可信度。 Poly VinyliDene Fluoride(PVDF)film is a new ferroelectric material with high voltage,which is very popular in the field of sensing and medical treatment.Therefore,25μm thick PVDF material as a sensing element and conductive silver as an electrode.The sensor element is a high elastic arch structure supported by elastic materials as the signal acquisition end,and four groups of sensitive elements are connected in parallel to form an intelligent pad,which can sense human sleep signals noninvasively.The experimental results show that the ability of elastic arch structure to measure sleep signal is 4.1 times that of plane structure.Arch structure and parallel structure are conducive to enhance the reliability of detection signal and sensor.
