一种航空发动机滑油喷嘴双斜小孔的加工工艺方法研究

摘要 航空发动机一般通过滑油喷嘴来实现轴承、齿轮等摩擦副的润滑和冷却。为了确保航空发动机内部各个机械部件的正常运转,润滑是其中非常关键的因素,而影响润滑好坏的主要因素为滑油喷嘴的喷射流量和喷射方向。因此,通过阐述某型航空发动机滑油喷嘴上双斜小孔的加工工艺方法,分析了滑油喷嘴的加工技术难点,及其工装夹具的设计和零件加工过程。 The lubrication and cooling of friction pairs such as bearings and gears are generally realized by lubricating oil nozzles.In order to ensure the normal operation of various mechanical components in aeroengine,lubrication is a very key factor,and the main factors affecting lubrication are the injection flow and injection direction of lubricating oil nozzle.Therefore,by expounding the processing method of double inclined small holes on the lubricating oil nozzle of an aeroengine,the processing technical difficulties of the lubricating oil nozzle,the design of tooling and fixture and the processing process of parts are analyzed.
