水冷壁管备料自动生产线的设计与实现

Design and Realization of Intelligent Welding Test Workstation for Tube Base of Boiler Header

水冷壁管屏由数排钢管焊接组成,是电站锅炉系统的重要组成部分。产品在弯管和焊接等工序前需要对钢管进行生产备料。由于钢管尺寸繁多、排料过程烦琐、现有的火焰切割加工过程污染大、切割截面粗糙以及劳动强度较大,不仅会导致钢管生产效率低,还会给工人造成安全隐患。为提高水冷壁管安全生产及智能化生产水平,研制了水冷壁管备料自动生产线,并开发了智能排料的工艺专业软件。经过试验,该生产线柔性智能程度较高,加工质量能够满足工艺要求。

The water wall pipe is composed of several rows of steel pipes and is an important part of the power station boiler system.The product needs to be prepared for production before the pipe bending and welding processes.There are many sizes of pipes,the discharging process is cumbersome,the existing flame cutting process is polluted,the cutting section is rough,and the labor intensity is relatively high.Not only is the efficiency low,but it also has a certain impact on the safety of workers.In order to improve the level of safe production and intelligent production of water-wall pipes,this paper has developed an automatic production line for water-wall pipe preparation,and developed a process expert software for intelligent discharge.After testing,the production line has a high degree of flexibility and intelligence,and the processing quality meets the process requirements.
