摘要
目前,各行业中尖端人才的需求较大,但是传承了多年的以课堂教学为主、近乎填鸭式的传统授课模式,对于实践性要求极强的机器人行业的人才培养已经远远不能满足行业需求。因此,提出了一种采取多学科专业交叉融合、校企联合培养、全程项目驱动教学以及国际联合教学的创新人才培养模式。同时,以东莞职业技术学院为例,探讨了机器人专业人才的创新创业教育培养方式、实施路径,为高校工程创新人才培养提供了思路。
At present,there is a great demand for top-notch talents in various industries,but the traditional teaching mode,which is mainly based on classroom teaching and almost cramming,has been passed on for many years,for the practical requirements of the robot industry has been very strong talent training can not meet the needs of the industry.Therefore,this paper puts forward an innovative talent-training model,which includes interdisciplinary and professional integration,joint school-enterprise training,whole-process project-driven teaching and international joint teaching.Taking Dongguan Vocational and technical college as an example,this paper probes into the cultivation mode and implementation path of innovative entrepreneurship education for robotics professionals in the hope of providing ideas for the cultivation of innovative engineering talents in universities.
