师范生公费教育制度变革:历程、挑战与展望 被引量:1

摘要 建国以来,我国师范生公费教育制度历经奠基期、发展期、断裂期、探新期、深化期的变迁,这种变迁深受宏观社会环境、利益主体因素、教育自身发展的影响。新时期,我国师范生公费教育制度存在制度文本实践对于培养质量的欠缺、多元利益主体参与培养工作的不足、公费师范教育难显内在价值的困境等挑战。要完善我国师范生公费教育制度,就需强化制度文本实践对于培养质量的关注、改进多元利益主体参与培养工作的不足、突破公费师范教育难显内在价值的困境。 Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,a public education system serving normal university students has been erected.Largely affected by such socioeconomic factors like stakeholders and educational development,the system has gone through five phases,from foundation,development,fracture,to exploration and deepening.In the new period,the system is now facing some challenges,such as lower-quality training in the system text practice,stakeholders’less enthusiasm for participation,and difficulty in exploring its intrinsic value.In order to perfect the system,it is necessary to call for more attention to higher-quality training in its textual practice,promote more stakeholders’involvement,and exploit its intrinsic value to the fullest.
