流变特性对冶金渣纤维化过程的影响机理研究 被引量:1

摘要 冶金渣的干法处理及其资源化利用是研究者关注的热点问题,然而降温过程中熔渣流变特性对纤维化和粒化这两种破碎形式的影响机理的研究还不够充分,造成在制备矿渣纤维或矿渣微珠进行高附加值利用的过程中,产品的形态和质量难以进行有效控制。在对不同配比的硅渣、铁渣混合料进行黏温特性及流变特性研究的基础上,基于熔渣的非牛顿流体特性,从流体动力学角度,分析了流变特性对熔渣纤维化过程的影响机理,为熔渣干法处理后产品形态的调控提供了理论支撑。 Dry treatment of metallurgical slag and its resource utilization are hot issues concerned by researchers.However,the research on the mechanism of the influence of the rheological characteristics of slag on the two crushing forms of fibration and granulation in the process of cooling is not enough,which makes it difficult to effectively control the shape and quality of products in the process of preparing slag fiber or slag beads for high added value utilization.Based on the study of viscosity temperature characteristics and rheological properties of different proportion of silicon slag and iron slag mixture,and based on the non-Newtonian fluid characteristics of slag,the influence mechanism of rheological properties on the process of slag fibration is analyzed from the perspective of fluid dynamics,which provides theoretical support for the regulation of product morphology after slag dry treatment.
