摘要 采用高硅型铁尾矿砂制备改良混凝土,并对其抗压强度、渗水性能、冻融特性以及耐腐蚀性进行研究。结果表明:水灰比为0.45且铁尾矿砂掺量为20%时铁尾矿砂混凝土的抗压强度可达到最大值;随着浸泡酸碱溶液天数的增大,混凝土试样的抗压强度呈现出下降趋势且混凝土的质量损失率呈现出增大趋势。当铁尾矿砂掺量等于30%时,混凝土渗透系数最大;冻融次数的增大使得混凝土的抗压强度和抗冻性不断减小。 High-silica iron tailing sand was used to prepare improved concrete,and its compressive strength,water permeability,freeze-thaw characteristics and corrosion resistance were studied.The results showed that when the water-cement ratio was 0.45 and the iron tailing sand content was 20%,the compressive strength of concrete could reach the maximum.With the increase of the number of days of soaking in acid-base solutions,the compressive strength of concrete samples showed a downward trend and the mass loss rate of concrete showed an increasing trend.When the iron tailing sand content was equal to 30%,the concrete permeability coefficient was the largest.The increase in the number of freezing and thawing caused the compressive strength and frost resistance of concrete to decrease continuously.
