鸡西地区晶质石墨保护大鳞片新工艺技术研究 被引量:4

Study on New Technology of Crystalline Graphite to Protect Large Flake in Jixi Area

摘要 为了保护石墨大鳞片,提高其经济价值,对黑龙江鸡西柳毛地区晶质石墨矿进行新工艺技术研究。采用高压辊磨机代替常规球磨机进行粗磨作业,通过条件实验确定浮选较佳条件为:石灰用量750 g/t,水玻璃用量1500g/t,煤油用量150 g/t,2#油用量75 g/t。对浮选粗精矿进行分质分级得到粗粒低碳和细粒高碳两种产品,两种产品分别经过再磨再选获得精矿,最终形成“层压粉碎-分质分选”新工艺。新工艺闭路与常规工艺闭路实验进行对比,两种工艺流程均可获得合格的精矿。但“层压粉碎-分质分选”新工艺获得的最终精矿正目率高于常规工艺15.87%。“层压粉碎-分质分选”工艺流程可以显著地提高石墨大鳞片产率,大大地提高其经济价值。 In order to protect the graphite flake and improve economic value,the new flowsheet of crystalline graphite in Jixi area of Heilongjiang were studied.The conventional ball mill was replaced by high pressure grinding roller for rough grinding.The optimal technological conditions of rougher flotation for the crystalline graphite ore were determined by dosage of lime of 750 g/t,dosage of sodium silicate of 1500 g/t,dosage of kerosene 150 g/t,dosage of terpenic oil 75 g/t.The rougher concentrate was divided into two kinds of product by patented equipment spiral classifier,which were coarse-grained and low fixed carbon,and fine-grained and high fixed carbon.The two products were regrinding and reconcentration to obtained the final concentrate separately.The“particles bed breakage-grading and separation”flowsheet were compared with the conventional flowsheet in the closed flotation test.Both flowsheet could obtain good concentrate indexes.However,the ratio greater than 0.15mm of final concentrate by“particles bed breakage-grading and separation”flowsheet was higher than conventional flowsheet by 15.87%.The“particles bed breakage-grading and separation”flowsheet could effectively protect flake graphite and greatly increase its economic value.
