摘要
对云南某地高碳氧化铜矿进行浮选实验研究,原矿含Cu 1.52%,氧化率48.06%,含Ag 53.1g/t、C 0.59%。采用脱碳-浮选和直接浮选对比实验,结果表明直接浮选工艺较合理。闭路实验获得了铜精矿产率4.24%,含Cu 33.46%,铜回收率为82.97%;含Ag 924 g/t、银回收率为73.78%的选别指标。
A flotation test of the high carbon copper oxide ore from Yunnan was studied.The ore contains Cu 1.52%,oxidation rate 48.06%,Ag 53.1 g/t and C 0.59%.The comparative studies of decarbonization flotation and direct flotation were adopted.The results of the study turned out that the direct flotation technology was reasonable.The closed-circuit test showed that copper concentrate yield was 4.24%,containing Cu 33.46%and copper recovery was 82.97%;containing Ag 924 g/t,and silver recovery was 73.78%.
