阿尔及利亚某金矿选矿工艺流程对比研究 被引量:2

摘要 阿尔及利亚某金矿工艺矿物学特征较简单,金属矿物主要为自然金和金属硫化矿,非金属矿物主要为石英和白云母,自然金嵌布粒度以大于37μm的中粗粒为主,多以裂隙金分布。根据物质组分研究结果,选择浮选、尼尔森重选、氰化浸出、非氰浸出和重选-非氰浸出等五种选矿工艺流程对阿尔及利亚某金矿进行选矿实验研究,各选矿工艺的选矿效果均较好。为了对五个选矿工艺流程进行科学的比选,本文提出以选矿回收率、选冶成本、精矿(贵液)杂质含量和选冶对环境的影响为评价因素,建立较科学的选矿工艺评价体系及定量化模型,通过计算,非氰浸出工艺流程最优,其次为尼尔森重选工艺。选矿工艺评价体系及定量化模型可以为其他矿山选矿方法的比选提供借鉴。 Technological mineralogy characteristics of a gold mine in Algeria are relatively simple.Metallic minerals are mainly natural gold and metal sulfide minerals,while the non-metallic minerals are mainly quartz and Muscovite.The grain size of the natural gold Mosaic is mainly medium coarse grains larger than 37μm,and the distribution of the natural gold is mostly crack gold.According to the results of the study of the technological mineralogy characteristics,five kinds of beneficiation process including flotation,Knelson gravity separation,cyanide leaching,non-cyanide leaching and gravity-non-cyanide leaching were selected to conduct the experimental study on a gold mine in Algeria,and the beneficiation results of each beneficiation process were good.In order to compare each beneficiation processscientifically,this paper puts forward a more scientific evaluation system and quantitative model for beneficiation process based on the recovery rate,cost of beneficiation and metallurgy,impurity content of concentrate(lixivium)and the effect of beneficiation and metallurgy on the environment.The calculated results show that the process of noncyanide leaching is the best,followed by Nelson gravity separation.The evaluation system and quantitative model of beneficiation process can provide reference for comparison of beneficiation methods in other mine.
