摘要
为了提高细粒级磁性矿物的回收率,在螺旋溜槽上施加磁场,形成重力场与磁力场相结合的复合型设备。该设备的磁系采用柔韧度高、梯度大、磁场强度分布均匀的磁性橡胶板,可实现磁力场的按需分布。应用模拟软件模拟在槽面上添加不同磁场强度下的矿物粒子分布规律,验证了复合力场螺旋溜槽可有效增强磁性颗粒向槽面内缘流动的趋势,从而有效提高磁性颗粒的捕收。相较与普通螺旋溜槽,分选钛铁矿可提高精矿TiO_(2)含量1%,回收率9%。
In order to improve the recovery of fine-grained magnetic minerals,magnetic field is applied to the spiral chute to form a composite equipment combining gravity field and magnetic field.The magnetic system of the equipment adopts magnetic rubber with high flexibility,large gradient and uniform magnetic field intensity distribution,which can realize the on-demand distribution of magnetic field.In this paper,the simulation software is used to simulate the distribution law of mineral particles under different magnetic field intensity on the groove surface.It was verified that the spiral chute with compound force field can effectively enhance the flow trend of magnetic particles to the inner edge of the groove surface,so as to effectively improve the collection of magnetic particles.Compared with the conventional spiral chute,the TiO2 content of ilmenite concentrate can be increased by 1%and the recovery rate is 9%.
