摘要 研究"复杂科学管理"提出的历程,"发现"是复杂科学管理知识体系提出的"源"。"复杂科学管理"发现管理学研究的对象应是社会层面上的复杂系统(称为"人类共生系统"),具有复杂性、平衡与非平衡性等特性,提出3个和谐的理念;"复杂科学管理"发现管理的目标应是"创新与和谐",为了实现"创新与和谐",提出以整合论为核心的5个基本理论;"复杂科学管理"发现新时代具有全球化、网络化等时代特征,提出以系统思维模式为核心的科学和艺术整合思维的思维体系;"复杂科学管理"发现人类共生系统含有定性和定量的影响因素,且定性定量互相影响,提出定性定量结合的方法论及其分析框架。思维模式、基本理论、方法论构成了复杂科学管理的知识体系。 By examining the research process of the Complexity Science Management(CSM)knowledge system,it is believed that"discovering"is the fountainhead of the CSM.It is discovered that the research object of Management Science should be the complex systems at social level(called"human symbiosis system")with the characteristics of complexity,balance and imbalance,and thus the idea of"the three harmonies"is put forward.It is found that the objective of management is"innovation and harmony"for which the five basic theories are proposed with the integration theory as the core.By finding such features of the new era as globalization and networking,CSM also discovers the thinking system of science&art integration thinking with systematic thinking mode as the core.Moreover,it is found that human symbiosis system includes both qualitative and quantitative influencing factors which affect each other,and then the methodology and analytical framework of combining qualitative and quantitative methods are constructed.Thinking mode,basic theory and methodology constitute the knowledge system of CSM.
