Review and Prospects on the Academic Entrepreneurship from Self-reliance and Self-improvement Perspective

学术创业是高校科研院所通过各种正式和非正式渠道将研究人员创造的新知识商业化、实现科技成果产业化和价值变现的过程,对新发展阶段促进科技经济深度融合、为科技强国建设提供高质量科技供给意义重大。全面系统地理解和优化学术创业与成果转化促进机制,实现科技经济深度融合,是构建新发展格局和实现高水平科技自立自强的重大议题。建构"个体—组织—社群—制度"多层次系统整合理论框架,批判性地评述现有国内外学术创业与科技成果转化促进机制的研究。结合中国情境展望未来4个亟待突破的研究瓶颈,为深入推进扎根中国、对接全球的高校学术创业的高质量研究提供理论启示,并为新发展格局下深化供给侧制度改革、激发高校学术创业与成果转化活力、加快实现高水平科技自立自强提供启示。

Academic entrepreneurship(AE),as a process in which university and research institutes commercialize the new knowledge created by scholars through formal or informal channels driven by organizational and institutional change,plays a critical role in promoting knowledge spillover and achieving long-term endogenous economic growth and S&T support for national power.It is a major issue on how to optimize the influence mechanism of academic entrepreneurship performance and overcome the barriers between university research and commercialization regarding on China’s innovation development.By adopting the S&T self-reliance and self-improvement national strategy,the current research on academic entrepreneurship is critically reviewed through a multi-level theoretical framework drawing from the holistic perspective.And four urgent research bottleneck problems in China are further discussed,which provides theoretical enlightenment for further promoting the high-quality research of AE deeply rooted in China,and contributes to the new development pattern supply-side structural reform,so as to stimulate the AE in China and speed up the construction of S&T self-reliance and self-improvement.
