新时代的高校思想政治教育应把传道放在第一位

Ideological and Political Education in Universities in the New Era should Regard Preaching as the First Priority

闻道是人们接受马克思主义的起点,传道是高校思想政治教育的开端。高等教育要落实立德树人根本任务,就应当把传道放在第一位。中国特色社会主义已经进入新时代,这为高校履行传道职责创造了有利条件,所有的高校都应当深入认识传道在新时代高等教育中的重要地位,切实把传道放在第一位,否则就必然会出现各种“顽瘴痼疾”。高校要履行好传道职责,首先要根据新时代的特点,深入阐发大道,推进儒学与新时代中国特色社会主义思想的有机融合,构建逻辑自洽的话语体系,提高理论说服力。其次要完善顶层设计,加强师德师风建设。同时,还必须精选教学内容,科学安排课程;提高讲课艺术水平,注重传道技巧;珍惜爱护学生,融洽师生关系。

Getting to know the truth is the starting point for people to accept Marxism,and preaching is the beginning of ideological and political education in universities.In order to fulfill the fundamental task of cultivating talents with morality,Higher education should regard preaching as the first priority.Now socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered the new era,and this has created favorable conditions for universities to fulfill their mission of preaching.All the universities should thoroughly understand the important position of preaching in higher education in the new era,and earnestly give priority to preaching.Otherwise,they are bound to suffer from various“stubborn malady”.To perform the preaching duties well in universities,first of all,we should elucidate the principles in-depth according to the characteristics of the new era,promote the organic integration of Confucianism and the thoughts of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,construct the discourse system with self-consistent logic,and improve the persuasiveness of theories.And then,it is necessary to improve the top-level design and strengthen the cultivation of teachers’ethics.At the same time,we should select carefully the teaching content and arrange the courses scientifically;we should improve the art of teaching and pay attention to the skills of preaching;and we should cherish students and have the harmonious relationship between teachers and students.
