摘要
高校开展劳动教育必须找准着力点,不能简单地理解为让学生进行劳动,而要充分地认识到劳动的重要性,要懂劳动。高校应以劳动教育为主线,以“学校+家庭+社会”为主要领域,整合校内校外各种力量资源,建立社会、学校、家庭协同配合机制,在教育中注重“知”与“行”的相互转换和结合,引导学生从“知”与“行”中认识劳动、体验劳动,并在劳动中获得成长。
When carrying out labor education,universities should find out its emphasis,namely,instead of simply requiring the students to do labor work,we should make them fully understand the importance of labor and how to do the labor work.Universities should take labor education as the main line,take“school+family+society”as the main field,integrate various resources of strength on campus and outside of school,and establish the coordinated mechanism among the society,the school,and the family.In the education,we should pay attention to the interconversion and combination of“knowledge”and“action”,guide the students to recognize the labor and experience the labor from“knowledge”and“action”,and grow up in the process of their labor.
