贫困女大学生心理受助需要及其回应性理路探究 被引量:1

摘要 贫困女大学生往往比贫困男大学生在就业分配中更加处于劣势,同时出现心理承受能力更弱、更在意他人评价、更为内向的情况。然而,当前我国高校、贫困女大学生的家庭以及社会,对于贫困女大学生的帮助更多地停留在物质层面,很少关注她们在心理层面的援助需求。如果高校等各方能够更好地从心理层面了解贫困女大学生的受助需求,作出相应的心理回应,会帮助贫困女大学生在高校学习生活中获得更好的发展。对贫困女大学生心理受助,需要各方更为透彻地研究贫困女大学生当前的内心状态,并进行具有针对性的心理辅助。为此,应从贫困女大学生的个体因素、家庭因素、学校因素以及社会因素几个方面,寻找她们心理方面的受助需要,并提出相应的解决办法,为更好地解决贫困女大学生心理困境提供有效帮助。 Poor female college students tend to be more disadvantaged than poor male college students in their future employment,and at the same time,their psychological tolerance is weaker,they are more concerned about the evaluation from others,and they tend to be more introverted.However,at present,Chinese universities,families of poor female college students,and the society give more help to poor female college students at the material level,and seldom pay attention to their psychological assistance need.If universities and other relevant units can better understand the need of poor female college students from the psychological level,and give them corresponding psychological responses,it will help poor female college students to achieve better development in college life and study.In order to provide psychological aid to poor female college students,all relevant parties should study the current inner state of poor female college students more thoroughly,and carry out targeted psychological assistance.Therefore,it is necessary to find out the psychological needs of poor female college students from aspects such as individual factors,family factors,school factors,and society factors,and propose corresponding solutions,so as to provide effective aid for poor female college students in need of psychological help.
