摘要
根据近年来我国海上风电场统计,海上风电单桩基础已占据绝大部分市场,随着科技的进步,单桩基础也朝着超大直径型发展,以适应更大功率的风机。本文从施工建造出发,结合项目特点总结了超大型变直径单桩稳桩平台的设计理念和方法,对稳桩平台的结构设计和液压系统设计作了简单的介绍,罗列出稳桩平台主要设备参数,介绍了各个系统的工作原理及简单工作流程。
According to the statistics of offshore wind farms in China in recent years,the offshore wind power mono-pile foundation has occupied the majority of the market.Advanced science technology has greatly increased the diameter of mono-pile foundation to match turbines of larger power.Starting from the construction and combined with the characteristics of the project,this essay has drawn a conclusion to the design concept and method of the pile stabilizing platform for super large mono-pile in variable diameter,briefly introduces the structural design and hydraulic system design of the stabilizing platform,lists the main equipment parameters of the stabilizing platform,and introduces the working principle and simple work flow of each system.
