提高钻井速度配套技术的研究与应用

摘要 本文针对影响江苏油田钻井速度的主要原因,对提高钻井速度的配套技术进行了研究,初步形成了直螺杆钟摆、反钟摆、柔性加压器钟摆、单弯双稳组合等有利于提高机械钻速的新型钻具组合系列。通过高效PDC钻头的优选与应用,新型工具的研制与推广应用,引进柔性加压器,在减轻大斜度井、水平井的托压问题起到了较好的作用。 In view of the main reasons affecting the drilling speed of Jiangsu Oilfield,the supporting technologies to improve the drilling speed are studied,and a new BHA series conducive to improving the mechanical drilling speed are preliminarily formed,such as straight screw pendulum,reverse pendulum,flexible pressurizer pendulum,single bending bistable assembly and so on.Through the optimization and application of high-efficiency PDC bits,the development and popularization of new tools,and the introduction of flexible pressurizer,it has played a good role in alleviating the problem of supporting pressure in large deviated Wells and horizontal Wells.
