为了提高自身的经营管理能力,供电所应该明确发展目标,以客户诉求的满足为己任,树立正确的运营理念,充分利用信息技术以及互联网技术,构建系统化的服务模式与结构。正视存在的问题,强化作业模式的有序转型,通过实时监控,掌握整体的服务状态,采用建立微群的方式,实现与客户的密切联系和高效互动,让用户遇到的问题能够得到及时解决,并通过发布停电计划等信息,让用户做好停电期间的准备工作,使其工作和生活用电更加便捷。
In order to improve their operation and management ability,power supply stations should clarify their development objectives,and take the satisfaction of customer demands as its own responsibility,establish correct operating concepts,make full use of information technology and Internet technology,and build a systematic service model and structure.Face up to the existing problems,strengthen the orderly transformation of the operation mode,grasp the overall service status through real-time monitoring,and adopt the method of establishing WeChat groups to achieve close contact and efficient interaction with customers,so that the problems encountered by users can be solved in time.By publishing information such as power outage plan,users can make preparations during power outage to make their work and living electricity more convenient.
