摘要
目的探讨烫熨疗法对神经根型颈椎病(Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy,CSR)模型大鼠神经病理性疼痛的镇痛效应。方法将SD大鼠18只随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组及烫熨组各6只,三组大鼠均进行适应性饲养7 d。空白对照组大鼠不进行任何干预,正常饲养。对模型对照组及烫熨组大鼠采用尼龙线插入颈神经根的方法进行造模,造模成功后模型对照组大鼠不给予干预,正常饲养;烫熨组大鼠采用中药烫熨包对其膀胱经、督脉、胆经经脉进行烫熨治疗,连续烫熨治疗7 d,正常饲养。比较三组大鼠造模前后、烫熨治疗前后的自发性疼痛行为学评分、舔足时间以及机械痛阈。结果模型对照组和烫熨组大鼠造模成功后、烫熨组大鼠烫熨治疗后第1天及第7天的自发性疼痛评分、舔足时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);烫熨组大鼠烫熨治疗后的自发疼痛评分显著低于模型对照组,舔足时间显著短于模型对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。大鼠的自发性疼痛评分、舔足时间均与时间有交互效应。三组大鼠造模前及造模成功后、烫熨治疗后第1天及第7天的机械痛阈比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);烫熨组大鼠烫熨治疗后第1天及第7天的机械痛阈显著高于模型对照组大鼠,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。大鼠的机械痛阈与时间有交互效应。结论烫熨治疗可显著降低神经根型颈椎病模型大鼠的自发性疼痛行为学评分、缩短大鼠舔足时间、提高大鼠的机械痛阈,对模型大鼠的神经病理性疼痛具有良好的镇痛效果。
Objective To explore the analgesic effect of ironing therapy on neuropathic pain in cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR)model rats.Methods Eighteen SD rats were randomly divided into a blank control group,a model control group,and an ironing group,with 6 rats in each group.The rats in the three groups received adaptive feeding for 7 days.The rats in the blank control group were fed normally without any intervention.The rats in the model control group and the ironing group were modeled by inserting nylon thread into the cervical nerve roots.After the model was successfully built,the rats of the model control group were fed normally without intervention.Rats in the ironing group were treated with a traditional Chinese medicine ironing package to iron their bladder meridian,governor meridian,and gall bladder meridian,for a 7-day consecutive ironing treatment,and they also received normal feeding.The score of spontaneous pain behavior,foot licking time and mechanical pain threshold of the three groups before and after modeling and ironing treatment were compared.Results Comparison of the model control group and the ironing group after successfully modeling,as well as the spontaneous pain scores and foot licking time of the ironing group on 1st and 7th day after ironing treatment,showed significant differences(P<0.05).The ironing group yielded lower spontaneous pain score and shorter foot licking time as compared with the model control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The spontaneous pain score and the foot licking time of the rats had an interactive effect with time.There were statistically significant differences in mechanical pain threshold between the three groups before rats modeling,after successful modeling,and on the 1st and 7th day after ironing treatment(P<0.05).The ironing group yielded a higher mechanical pain threshold on the 1st and 7th day after ironing treatment as compared with the model control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The mechanical pain threshold of rats had an interactive effect with time.Conclusion Ironing treatment can significantly reduce the score of spontaneous pain behavior in rats with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,and it can shorten the foot licking time of rats,and increase the mechanical pain threshold of rats,which could have a good analgesic effect on neuropathic pain in model rats.
