利用小冲杆试验技术评估P92钢拉伸性能

摘要 采用基于微损取样的小冲杆试验技术对国产主蒸汽管道材料P92钢的拉伸性能开展试验研究。结果表明:试验设备和方法具有良好的可重复性;试验加载速率为0.2 mm/min和0.5 mm/min的结果接近,而与2 mm/min的结果差异比较大。采用室温下的屈服强度关联公式可以对25~650℃的屈服强度进行较好的估算,在试样厚度确定的情况下,采用适当的拟合关系式可以有效降低估算误差。 The tensile properties of P92 steel,a domestic main steam pipe material,were investigated by means of small punch test technology based on micro loss sampling.The results show that the test machine and method have good repeatability.The results of loading rates of 0.2 mm/min and 0.5 mm/min are close,while the results of 2 mm/min are quite different.The yield strength at 25-650℃can be well estimated by using the yield strength correlation formula at room temperature.When the sample thickness is determined,the estimation error can be effectively reduced by the appropriate fitting formula.
