本科高校外籍高层次人才队伍建设探析——以无锡学院为例

Overview of the High-level Foreign Talents Management in Applied Undergraduate Universities——Taking Wuxi University as an Example

人才是第一资源。随着国内各高校国际化进程的不断加快,大力加强外籍高层次人才队伍建设,提高学校的教学质量和科研水平成为高校工作的重要组成部分。本研究以无锡学院为例,阐述了在外籍高层次人才聘任、教学和科研管理以及日常管理等方面的具体内容和做法,分析了存在的主要问题并提出了相关对策,以期最大限度地实现国外智力的聘用效益。

Talent is the most important resource.With the continuous acceleration of the internationalization process of domestic colleges and universities,making great efforts to strengthen the construction of high-level foreign talents and improving the teaching quality and scientific research level have become an important part of our work.This article takes Wuxi University as an example,elaborates on the employment,teaching and scientific research and daily management of high-level foreign talents,analyzes the main problems and puts forward relevant countermeasures so as to maximize the employment benefits of foreign intelligence.
