摘要
中海油惠州石化有限公司炼油厂有两个系列炼油装置,I系列的重整原料石脑油主要来自两套加氢裂化的重石脑油、常减压(I)石脑油,乙烯料主要来自焦化加氢石脑油、过剩(I)石脑油、轻石脑油等;Ⅱ系列的重整原料石脑油主要来自轻烃回收重石脑油、I系列过剩加氢裂化的重石脑油,乙烯料主要来自轻烃回收轻石脑油。通过对全厂石脑油进行分子级的族组成分析,认为常减压(I)石脑油“环烷烃+芳烃”含量优于轻烃回收单元重石脑油链烷烃,通过新增管线将链烷烃含量较高的轻烃回收单元的重石脑油调入乙烯原料、将“环烷烃+芳烃”质量分数较高的常减压(I)石脑油作为重整预加氢(Ⅱ)原料,实现了每月36.3 kt轻烃回收单元的重石脑油调入乙烯原料,35.9 kt常减压(I)石脑油作为重整预加氢(Ⅱ)原料,乙烯原料的链烷烃质量分数增加4.11个百分点,预加氢(Ⅱ)的“环烷烃+芳烃”质量分数增加5.93个百分点。根据一体化多厂过程工业模拟系统(MPIMS)测算,实现月度加工毛利增加878万元。
CNOOC Huizhou Petrochemical Refinery has two series of refining units.The reforming raw material naphtha of the I series mainly comes from the two sets of hydrocracked heavy naphtha and atmospheric and vacuum(I)naphtha,and the ethylene feed is mainly from coking hydrogenation naphtha,excess(I)naphtha,and light naphtha,etc.The reforming feedstock naphtha of the II series mainly comes from heavy naphtha recovered from light hydrocarbons,and the heavy naphtha of the I series excess hydrocracking,and the main ethylene feedstock is recover light naphtha from light hydrocarbons.Through molecular-level group composition analysis of naphtha in the whole plant,it is concluded that of atmospheric and vacuum(I)naphtha is better than heavy naphtha and paraffins in the light hydrocarbon recovery unit in terms of the content of“naphthenic hydrocarbon+aromatic hydrocarbon”.The heavy naphtha from the light hydrocarbon recovery unit with higher alkane content is transferred to the ethylene feedstock,and the atmospheric and vacuum(I)naphtha with higher content of“cycloalkane+aromatics”is used as the reforming pre-hydrogenation(II)feedstock.The heavy naphtha from the 36,300 tons/month light hydrocarbon recovery unit was transferred into the ethylene raw material,35,900 tons/month of atmospheric and vacuum(I)naphtha was used as the reforming pre-hydrogenation(II)raw material,and the The content of paraffins increased by 4.11 percentage points,and the content of“cycloalkanes+aromatics”for pre-hydrogenation(II)increased by 5.93 percentage points.Using the integrated MPIMS model to measure and calculate,the monthly gross profit of efficiency-enhancing processing has increased by 8.78 million yuan per month.
