Analysis and Prevention of the Risk of Material Purchasing in Petrochemical Enterprises

大型石油化工企业的物资采购部门承担着企业生产建设运行的物资保障任务,而在物资供应过程中面临各类风险因素的影响。文章应用中国石化安全风险矩阵,对某石化企业物资供应过程中可能发生的各类风险进行分析,从质量和付款、计划、招投标和采购价格、合规等方面提出并实施风险管控措施,有效提高了企业物资保障抗风险能力。

The material procurement department of a large petrochemical enterprise undertakes the task of material support for production,construction and operation of the enterprise,and faces the influence of various risk factors in the material supply process.SINOPEC’s security risk matrix is used to analyze various risks that may occur during the material supply process of a petrochemical company in this paper.Risk control measures are proposed and implemented in terms of quality and payment,planning,bidding and procurement prices,and compliance,so as to effectively improve the anti-risk ability of the enterprise in materials guarantee.
