加快湖南文化创意产业发展探究

Accelerating the Development of Cultural Creative Industries in Hunan Province

文化创意产业是以创造力为核心的新兴产业,其发展规模和发展水平已成为一个国家和地区综合竞争力的重要标志。“广电湘军”“出版湘军”“移动互联网湘军”群体性崛起,显示出湖南文化创意产业发展在不断加速。同时,湖南文化创意产业也存在着产业结构不合理、科技研发投入比重较低以及企业融资渠道较单一等问题。结合湖南发展文创产业的自然与人文优势,提出加大科技与资金投入、加快主流媒体建设、拓宽企业融资渠道以及扩大对外影响力等建议,让更多“湖南特色文化品牌和现象”繁荣发展,推进湖南省文化强省建设。

Cultural creative industry is an emerging industry with creativity as the core,and its scale and level of development has become an important symbol of the comprehensive competitiveness of a country or region.“Radio and TV industry”,“publishing industry”and“mobile Internet industry”in Hunan have risen in groups,and the development of Hunan’s cultural creative industry has been accelerating.But at the same time,there are also problems such as the unreasonable structure of the cultural creative industry,the low proportion of scientific and technological R&D investment,and the single financing channel of cultural creative enterprises.On this basis,combined with the natural and humanistic advantages of Hunan’s development of cultural creative industry,effective suggestions,such as increasing technology and capital investment,accelerating the construction of mainstream media,broadening corporate financing channels and supporting mechanisms,and expanding external influence,are put forward to flourish and develop Hunan characteristic cultural brands and promote the construction of cultural industry of Hunan Province.
