摘要 成仿吾是伟大的无产阶级教育家,他在几十年的办学中积累了丰富的教育经验。成仿吾为了把学办好,从多方面开展了具体细致的教育实践:与时俱进确立办学目标,及时调整办学思路;明确工作要求与标准,以身作则督查落实;协调教学与科研等工作的关系,始终坚持以教学为中心;积极探索教育方法,大力开展实践教学;高度重视师资队伍水平,利用多种途径加强师资队伍建设;注意发挥集体力量,加强教研室建设;建立、发扬民主机制,鼓励师生参与民主治校;深入基层调查了解情况,积极为师生解决具体问题。立足当前,面向未来,学习成仿吾潜心办学的教育实践精神,有利于启发学校管理者树立教育家情怀、紧密联系群众、尊师爱生,更好地履行立德树人的神圣使命。 Cheng Fangwu is a great proletarian educator.He had accumulated rich educational experience in running schools for decades.In order to run schools well,Cheng Fangwu had carried out specific and meticulous educational practices from many aspects:advancing with the times,establishing school goals,and adjusting school thinking in time;clarifying work requirements and standards,and supervising implementation by examples;coordinating teaching and scientific research and insisting on teaching as the center;actively exploring educational methods and vigorously carrying out practical teaching;attaching great importance to the level of the teaching staff and using multiple methods to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff;paying attention to the collective strength and strengthening the construction of the teaching and research section;establishing and promoting democratic mechanisms and encouraging teachers and students to participate in democratic school management;investigating and understanding the situation at the grassroots level,and actively solving specific problems for teachers and students.Based on the current,facing the future,learning Cheng Fangwu’s educational practice spirit of running a school with great concentration is conducive to inspiring school administrators to establish the feelings of educators,closely contact the masses,respect teachers and love students,and better fulfill the sacred mission of cultivating people.
