Innovative Research on the Talent Training Model of Vocational Education under the Background of the Integration of Production and Education

随着知识生产模式的变迁和高水平专业建设速度的加快,以产教融合为载体,推动职业教育人才培养模式创新势在必行。在人才培养模式创新过程中,必须把握其关键点,并在此基础上探索职业教育人才培养模式的创新路径,即:深化产教融合,完善育人制度,实现人才培养目标与行业企业要求的双向对接;采用“双导师”制开展教学,实现人才培养的“学练结合”;统筹专业建设与生产实践,加快人才培养质量的提升;以企业需求为导向优化人才培养标准,促进办学主体之间的交流与合作。

With the change of knowledge production model and the acceleration of high-level professional construction,it is imperative to promote the innovation of vocational education talent training model with the integration of production and education as the carrier.In the process of talent training model innovation,we must grasp the key points.On this basis,explore the innovative path of the vocational education talent training model,namely:deepen the education system of the integration of production and education,realize the two-way docking of talent training goals and the requirements of industry enterprises;adopt the“dual tutor”system to carry out teaching,and realize the combination of study and practice;coordinate professional construction and production practice to speed up the process of improving the quality of talent training;optimize talent training standards based on the needs of enterprises,and promote exchanges and cooperation between school-running subjects.
