正交设计法对杯状纵磁触头的优化

摘要 文章选取杯状纵磁灭弧室触头为试验对象,对同一结构、不同直径、不同杯壁厚度、不同触头开槽偏移距离以及槽指与水平角度对纵向磁场的影响进行了正交设计试验。使用有限元仿真软件得出结果,得到其触头中心4.5mm处的纵向磁感应强度。并通过方差分析,得到其显著与非显著因素,再对其显著因素进行回归分析,得到显著因素与中心纵向磁场感应强度的回归方程。通过多组试验数据,验证了其回归方程的准确性,得到了原触头的最优组合。 In this paper,the cup-shaped longitudinal magnetic interrupter contact is selected as the test object,and the influence of the same structure,different diameters,different cup wall thicknesses,different contact slot offset distances and the angle between the groove finger and the horizontal on the longitudinal magnetic field is positive Cross the design test,use the finite element simulation software to get the result,get the longitudinal magnetic induction intensity at 4.5mm of the contact center,and get the significant and insignificant factors through the analysis of variance,and then perform regression analysis on the significant factors to get the significant The regression equation of the factors and the central longitudinal magnetic field induction intensity,and through multiple sets of test data,the accuracy of the regression equation is verified and the optimal combination of the original contact is obtained.
